Terms & Conditions

STYLE & CREATIVE CONTROL

By booking a session, the client confirms that they are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and accept the artistic style, editing and creative approach.

The selection of final images is made by the photographer.

Raw (unedited) files are never delivered.

No additional editing, filtering or alterations may be applied to the delivered images without written permission.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in relation to the delivered images is not permitted without prior written consent from the photographer.

Images may not be uploaded, processed, or used for AI training, generation, manipulation, or creation of derivative works.

Client Data & Privacy

Client information is collected and processed solely for communication, booking, and delivery of services.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to maintain the client relationship and fulfill legal or accounting obligations.

Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

SESSION CONDITIONS

Sessions may take place outdoors, in studio or at an agreed indoor location.

The photographer retains full creative direction during the session.

Parents/guardians are responsible for children during the session and for any damage caused to equipment or location.

DELIVERY

The final curated gallery will be delivered within 3–10 weeks.

Images are delivered in digital format via a private online gallery.

The photographer is not responsible for image storage after 3 months from delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices include VAT (25.5%).

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure the session date.

The booking fee is deducted from the final invoice.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final gallery.

In case of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is not refunded.

Full payment is required for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session.

Travel outside the Helsinki metropolitan area is charged according to current Finnish mileage compensation rates.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All images remain the intellectual property of Victoria Olonen.

The client is granted a personal, non-commercial usage license.

Images may not be:

• sold
• submitted to competitions
• used for commercial or promotional purposes
• altered
• transferred to third parties

Commercial usage requires a separate written agreement.

The photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, exhibitions, website and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit to ”Victoria Olonen” must be included when publishing images online.

LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid.

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, location restrictions, third-party interruptions).

Agreement

By booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
