Terms & Conditions

The client has read the photograher`s portfolio and accepts the style and post -pro of the images.

Photography packages include.

All shootings are carried out outdoors in an outdoor environment, at my studio or at the client’s home. 

Raw images are not handed over to clients.

No personal editing is allowed on the finished images.

Images will only be released in digital version,  online gallery and selected by the photographer.

Parents are responsible for children/children during the shoot, as well as any damage caused to the photographer.

Delivery time for the finished gallery is 3-10 weeks

PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All prices include VAT 25,5%.

A booking fee of 100-300€ is payable by the client at the time of booking, which will be credited against the total amount of the shoot.

The client will receive a final invoice for the shoot by email after the shoot. The invoice is payable within 14 days and the photos will be released at the earliest when the invoice has been paid.

Outside the metropolita area, the compensation per kilometr is 0,53 sent/km.  

 Price per additional shooting hour 200 eur/h  

COPYRIGHT

The client is granted extensive non-commercial use and printing rights to the images, allowing them to publish the images on social media or to use the digital images to create image products for their own use. The customer cannot transfer or sell the right of use to a third

The photographer is free to use the images in his portfolio, on social media and for other marketing purposes. In the case of images of children, the photographer will ask the parents for permission to publish the images.

The client must mention the name of the photographer (Vickan O. Photography) when publishing the image.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT OF THE PHOTO SESSION

The photo shoot can be postponed only once free of charge due to illness, but the postponement must be notified at least 24 hours before the shoot. Not applicable for postponements due to weather conditions. 

The full price will be charged for uncancelled shoots.

For landscape shoots, there is a weather reserve. The shoot will be rescheduled together to a more suitable time if the weather looks bad for the shoot.

STORAGE OF IMAGES

The photographer keeps the client’s images for 3 months, after which there is no further obligation to keep the images.

If the images are destroyed for reasons beyond the photographer’s control (e.g. equipment failure), the photographer is obliged to compensate the client up to the amount paid.
